The Easy Way to…Cook Shrimp
What you’ll need:
- 1½ pounds raw shrimp
- ¼ c ghee or butter
- 3 T lemon juice
- Garlic salt
- Baking sheet
- Foil
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Line a baking sheet with foil
3. Put butter or ghee on foil and place in oven as it is preheating to melt it
4. Remove baking sheet once melted and pour shrimp onto baking sheet
5. Spread shrimp around, covering them in ghee/butter
6. Drizzle lemon juice over shrimp and sprinkle garlic salt liberally
7. Bake 15-20 min, depending on size, until opaque
