The Easy Way to…Cook Sweet Potatoes
           What you’ll need:
-          Sweet potato
-          Paper towel
-          Microwave
 
1.    Rinse sweet potato and wrap loosely in paper towel
2.    Microwave for 7-10 minutes depending on size—it will be done when soft
 
**you can cook multiple at once but will need to cook longer
