The Easy Way to…Make Shredded Chicken
What you’ll need:
- Chicken breasts or tenderloins (we use Smart Chicken Organic)
- Large pot filled with water
1. Boil enough water to cover to chicken in a large pot
2. Once boiling, add chicken and cook for 40 min or until no longer pink in the center
3. Remove to a plate or cutting board and once slightly cooled, shred with a fork or fingers
4. Will keep for 4 days—throw in salads or toss with spiralized veggies for a quick dinner
**Quick Tip**-- to reheat and make tender again, warm shredded chicken in a pan with chicken broth
